Corporate Training
A comprehensive training program is established for the busy executive /individual.
Deepali recommends having a fitness assessment to evaluate their cardio respiratory endurance, body composition, muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility. This clearly identifies their specific health concerns, facilitates personal goals, and establish a base line from which progress can be determined.
Measurements will be taken to assess their resting heart rate, girth measurement, fat percentage, Body mass index and lean body mass and blood pressure. Reviewing the findings, we will establish a training program based on scientifically sound principles, that will address each component of fitness as determined by their goals and needs. All the data is put on record, a copy of which is handed over to the executive and one is kept with us. The second assessment is done after a period of twelve weeks to see what progress has been made, and then if the need arises, changes are made in the individual programs according to the progress. For a large group, the entire assessment is done by the team of Springboard Fitness, which consists of highly qualified professionals like a Physician, certified trainers, and a dietician. The duration of the corporate fitness assessment is an entire day, which is filled with half an hour to an hour module on different fitness activities like WALK THE WALK, STEP WORKOUT, POWER YOGA, SALSA, AEROBICS, KICKBOXING AND RESISTANCE TRAINING, Lectures on sensible dieting, destressing etc.
For individuals seeking personal attention, Deepali herself carries out all the formalities, and assigns them with fitness programs catering to their individual needs and goals. The entire process lasts for an hour and a half., and then the date for the next appointment is fixed to assess the progress of the client.
Deepali organized an entire fitness assessment workshop for 26 executives of the Malyalam Manorama (The week) group in May 2005. It was highly successful and greatly appreciated by all members.
