In 2002 I had the privilege of being introduced to Deepali as an aqua teacher. Being an avid swimmer, I thought I would try her aqua class out. It’s been many years since, and I can honestly say I have enjoyed every minute of the experience. Not only is it one of the most refreshing ways of exercising, but the feel-good factor you feel after the strenuous workout cannot be matched. I had my brush with aqua aerobics 4 years back. Being petrified of water, the motive to lose weight drove me to the pool. 4 years on, a decent swimmer, Deepali has helped me overcome my fear of water. Aqua aerobics has done wonders for me. Not only have I lost weight, it has helped me burn fat and tone up. It has helped me improve my stamina immensely and keeps me active the whole day. Hi, I am Aarti Rochlaney I have crossed 50 and for me it is difficult to exercise as I have lot of health complications but with Deepali and #AquaAerobics I can do all the exercises in the water easily as one weighs less in water and my muscles have also become strong. It has also been of great help to my son, he enjoys it a lot.
I have been practicing aqua aerobics since the past one year and the results have been phenomenal! Being a rheumatic patient, floor exercises for me are a very difficult task. I had a severe back pain because of slip-disc. My doctor had advised me to start Aqua Aerobics. I joined Deepali's aqua class and she has helped me so much. Since I have started with her, I have not had any episodes of back pain. Not knowing how to swim, I had my fear to get in the deep end of the water, but thanks to her my fear is gone. She has been amazingly patient with me and gradually made me comfortable in the water. I highly recommend Aqua Aerobics with Deepali to who ever is suffering from any joint or back pain.

I have ankylosing spondylitis, and was advised innumerable times to swim by doctors. As I did not know how to swim I never ventured near the pool. I came to know about Deepali’s classes I finally took the plunge after a year, now it's been two months and I am thoroughly enjoying the class and the beauty is that I don't even know how to swim. I've been doing #AquaAerobics with Deepali for just over a year. I find her classes fun and energizing. And what's more my body is toned totally effortlessly. It's so much better than sweating it out in a gym. Or thumping along jogging. What's more my body is being massaged by the movement of the water while I'm doing my 'Aqua Asanas'! I don't know why I waited so long to start doing Aqua Aerobics classes with Deepali. Incidentally I've just turned 73 so it's never too late to start

I suffered from slip disc of L4 & L5 , S1 & S2 for six years . My back used to be in acute pain and my right leg remained numb . I felt total helplessness. Doctors advised me spinal surgery/disc replacement. But as alternate remedy I was referred to Ms Deepali Jain's Aqua classes. I recovered from back pain completely in 2 months. I'm a recreational runner and a family physician by profession. I have been doing #AquaAerobics since 2 years. For me it's a super post run recovery, strongly recommended by my physiotherapists. #AquaAerobics class with D is what I wait for at the end of my work day. Not only is it great exercise but it's pool based and that's my favourite place to be. Burning 800 to a 1000 calories in an hour is great especially when you're having fun doing it! The exercises are easy and tough and work the body really well. Our Aqua Doctor, Deepali as we fondly call her came into my life as a God sent person. Being a regular exerciser, I could not even go for a walk as I had sciatica which was excruciatingly painful with so much physiotherapy there was no relief whatsoever
BUT when I joined Deepali's aqua sessions', my recovery was miraculous and the pain disappeared. Now, I can walk like before for one hour without a break. Deepali is a very strict teacher but I don't mind because she helps us overcome our painful medical issues and literally repairs us. Hurray to our Aqua doctor we love ❤ her!

#AquaAerobics was the best thing that happened to me during my pregnancy. After the first trimester,I was looking for some form of exercise that would make me feel good at the same time keep my weight in check. I had come across Deepali's pregnancy aqua classes years back in some newspaper. Recollecting aqua aerobics, I searched for her online and contacted her and enrolled for her classes in my 5th month. My doctor admitted that aqua aerobics is the best form of exercise for pregnancy. So I continued till the 8th month without any troubles. It helped me feel good and active. I could do household chores and go to work daily until the last week before my delivery. Thanks to her classes, the pelvic and back exercises she taught me helped me hava a normal delivery. I am grateful to her for it. I've joined back after 4 months of delivery to lose my post partum weight. It makes me feel energetic and helps me handle the baby better. 😊

I had joined Deepali's #AquaAerobics in March 2016. Since then I am a regular student and avoid skipping my class. I love #Aqua so much that I have also chosen to work in the afternoon shift so I do not miss my class. Aqua has helped me fight my lower back pain, hormonal issues, reduce weight, reduce inches, helped me get a toned body, reduced my achilles tendon stiffness and has also helped me gain strength and made me physically and emotionally strong.
During Diwali I had gained 2 kgs because I love to eat home made sweets and I thought since I m working out I am allowed to eat. However, post Diwali I worked out so hard to get rid of that 2kg extra baggage. I did Aqua regularly and I strongly recommend aqua to everyone because hydrotherapy is one of the best therapies to overcome most health issues and can also help you to get emotional balance in life. I had been told by my Doctor to undergo ACL reconstruction because of a ligament tear in my left knee....then i heard about Deepali Jains Aqua classes and joined them ..since then . , I do not have pain in my Legs in the night. If I do my Yoga the pain comes back but with Aqua there is no pain .Deepali really motivates me to return to my aqua class every morning with her encouragement.Since may I feel a lot of difference and i am on my way to recovery.
