There are only two or three Aqua Trainers in India and Deepali is one of them and is the most experienced.

Aqua Aerobics
Exercises are done in the swimming pool. The miraculous quality of water makes it the most therapeutic, soft and the most ideal medium to exercise in it. Depth can vary from the shallow for fat burn, to the deep ends for deep muscle conditioning.
Personal Training
Personal training is custom made to the client's goals and achievements. Each programme is differently tailored to suit the individual. It includes weight training, interval training, circuit training using different equipment available.
Corporate Fitness
A comprehensive training program is established for the busy executive/individual. Deepali recommends having a fitness assessment to evaluate their cardio respiratory endurance, body composition, muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility.
Training Program
This is for individuals wanting to train as trainers in all fitness activities. They are planned out in a minimum of three-day workshops.
Lectures
Lectures can be organized on a multitude of topics like How to keep up the motivation factor, Why should women do weight training, and more
Workshops
One day/weekend workshops for professional trainers on Aqua Training, Gym Ball, Step, Hi lo, Resistance training of 4 to 16 hours.
