Training Program

This is for individuals wanting to train as trainers in all fitness activities. 

They are planned out in a minimum of three-day workshops. These workshops include extensive theory and practicals, emphasizing on the knowledge of the physiology and anatomy, integrating it with bio-mechanics and kinesiology.

 The training program includes the following topics that are covered in detail:

  • Anatomy-Ex -Physiology
  • Biomechanics and kinesiology
  • Health Screening
  • Evaluation and Fitness Assessment
  • Injury Prevention
  • Emergency Procedures
  • Basic Nutrition
  • Weight Management
  • The profession
  • Business aspects and Professional responsibility

Please note that this course is an introduction to the professionals, and Deepali highly recommends that you become certified by an International Certification Organization such as FISAF – Federation of International Sports, Aerobics and Fitness, to assure that you meet the standards and guidelines necessary to practice as a good trainer.
