Workshops
Workshops are held on Aqua Training, Gym Ball, Step, Hi lo, Resistance training for professional trainers
One day/weekend workshops are held on Aqua Training, Gym Ball, Step, Hi lo, Resistance training of 4 to 16 hours for professional trainers. Minimum number of trainers required is four.
Springboard Fitness in collaboration with FISAF-FEDERATION OF INTERNATIONAL SPORTS, AEROBICS AND FITNESS, launched a workshop on AQUA TRAINING, AND FITNESS LEADER AND PERSONAL TRAINING for the first time in India. It was a great success, and 19 trainers form all over India participated in it. The workshop for aqua training was for four days consisting of 35 hours, and the fitness leader and PT was a six-day workshop of 50hours.The master trainer Diane Haslam, specially flew down to India from Singapore to conduct these workshops.
She also held a workshop on aqua aerobics at Symbiosis University, Pune. It was the first of its kind in India. It was a great success with 18 trainees who participated in it and were certified.
Deepali Jain held an AQUA WORKSHOP on FEMALE FITNESS for the leading gynaecologists and orthopaedic surgeons of Pune at SYMBIOSIS UNIVERSITY 2004.
She conducted a two day AQUA CERTIFICATION WORKSHOP for the ONE YEAR FITNESS DIPLOMA COURSE students in March 2005.
Both the workshops received a very positive feedback from the participants ,and were declared successful by the management, and many such workshops will be held in future.
